The TBL Fertilizer is the main product of TBL.
Working widths
TBL supplies fertilizers in widths of 9.00 meter, 9.75 meters, 12 meters or 15 meters. The frame is patented.
In 2016, TBL developed a 15-meter wide injactor with a unique scissor-folding system. The scissor folding system supports a strut, on both sides, 4.5 meters from the center of the machine. This unique patented construction makes the frame much stronger and allows TBL to build lighter.
The TBL injector also has a hinge point in the main frame, allowing the injector to follow the soil optimally
Unique element
Wear
The elements on the TBL fertilizer exel in wear resistance. All pivot points are equipped with hard bushings so that there is little or no wear.
Discs
The unique TBL element can be equipped with 3 different types of disc systems:
1. Double disc system
2. Thick disk system
3. Thin disc with coulter
The disc systems, complete with bearings, are very easy to change. This makes maintenance of the consumables of the machine very easy.
The TBL fertilizer has the following features:
– The machine is standard equipped with an automatic lubrication system and a quick-change hitch
– The manure is distributed using a Vogelsang distributor. The spouts are spaced 18.75 cm apart
– Option: Section closure (Isobus prepared)
– Option: V-rack on the headland.
